SEO means Search Engine Optimization and is the process used to optimize a website's technical composition , content relevance and link popularity. It is improving the search result in search engines. The users search more times ,so the pages can become effortlessly findable . so it's pages can become easily findable, and as outcome search engines give to rent too.
On September 11 2001 following the Al- Queda attack at the World Trade Center in America people were searching Google for the news regarding the same but the results were disappointing . This made Google tense ,since it could not provide the details about the World's largest building of that time. The Google was used in the beginning niche specific or content specific. the keyword concept was used in ranking the web pages., where ranking will increase with the happening of keywords.This lead the web members to use keyword stuffing . There are two types, a black hat and white hat SEO technique where there is over to use of keywords within a web page . Then Google realized it, and so changed it;s algorithm to link specific.
Here there the website that receives more links from any other websites ranked accordingly. In this case the website owners started to sell the links to the webmasters who were looking for the same . Then google presented quality link specific approach, where pages were ranked out of 10. The ranks referred to the trust value of that web page. So web page owners with high page ranks started to sell the links to the web masters.
Consequently google introduced a new strategy passing the juice. When good web masters passing their link into one website or web page their ranking will be reduced. Link value is referred as the value or equity passed from one page to another page. Google also suggest 'no follow' mechanism where equity passing is stopped.
Why was Google tensed to change it's algorithm.s ? Google had enhanced more popularity and growth and entered the field of advertisement during the period of 2004 to 2006. Google Ad words, later changed to Google Ads or pay per click (PPC) is google advertising service for advertising displayed in google, where google gives it's ads into the business purpose.

The change in algorithm will results in the change in the keywords which will affect the viewers website visibility which leads to reduce website owners revenue,too google's revenue. This is an affiliated program earn revenue.
In 2009,google introduced personalized suggestions. Google began to interact more with the user. Even web page ranking was based on user interaction. By 2010 social media platforms more appreciation among internet users. So Google take social medias even for search engine ranking.
